problem with SEUS. K850 always switches on. |

see.. I wanna upgrade my friend's K850 with SEUS.. but everytime this was the step to reinsert the battery and holding C while connecting the phone to PC, it always doesn't work out. My phone starts to switch on even if I continue holding the C button.
And it happens a lot, all the time. I don't really understand cause the driver is installed properly.
So I tried to connect my phone to XS++, with the same procedure, holding the C button, and voila.. it's connected as flash device.
But everytime I try again with SEUS, I always got my phone switched on and the USB mass storage always appears.
I tried different way (holding the "2" button instead of C), still doesn't work out.
Can you guys help me please? Thank in advance. |

Drivers are not installed correctly.
Connect the cable to another port and reinstall the drivers. |

I have a K850i, done all three of the upgrades so far but my phone also goes into mass storage mode about 50% of the time.
Unplugging USB, switching phone off, battery out etc and restarting process generally does the trick for me. |

I found mine wouldn't work if the PC Suite was running so I exited it. Then it took me two or three times holding the C button for it to begin the updating process.
