Could somebody tell me how to get a background picture to the menue with the icons?

the application menu? I dont think you can put a background picture there, sorry!

I hope someone'll make a customizing app for the P800 soon. Something similar to the Aktive Desk app for the 7650 would be nice.

Correct me if im wrong, but isnt the os on the P800 the same as the one on 7650? If so, it cant be that hard to convert the active desktop program can it?

If I'm not terribly wrong, 7650 is a Symbian 6 device, whereas P800 is a Symbian 7...
Not the same, therefore...

No, they use different OS's. Nokia 7650 uses Symbian 6.1 Series 60, and SE P800 uses Symbian 7.0 UIQ. But perhaps someone will be able to make a port of the Active Desk software to fit the P800....

Thanks for correcting me raven, i wanted to know what os it was for definite. And maybe one of the more technical minded members on here will have a go at some software.
