w300i flashes white and then is black when turned on |

my phone was working just fine.
but now when i open it it flashes white and then goes back to black.
when i plug it into my computer, there's an error and it won't recognize my phone.
the keys light up and it's fully charged, though.
can anyone help?

seems like you need to flash your phone.
try to turn it on without the M2 inserted.
