Voice Dialling Works Selectively - Creepy |

T68i : I've setup my voice dialling to work when I call my girlfriend...the phone recognizes the command and her name (repeats her pre-recorded name) and it dials her number. I've also set up voice dialling for my boss, and although the phone recognizes the voice command (it repeats my pre-recorded boss' name), it doesn't dial out but automatically returns to the front page (if that's what you call it) like nothing happened. Tried other numbers as well, and its the same issue...with some it dials out, and with others it goes to the front page after recognizing the name. I've also tried spanking my T68i but to no avail. Please help (pretty please with sugar and strawberries on top). Thank you in advance. |

T68 does not support calls to your boss because according to records at SE he is not paying you enough,........................ |

Hey Pornstud, I have the same problem, it recognizes the name because it says it back to you then just goes back to the main screen. I've found that usually that happens if you've edited the name after you've set up the voice command. Even rerecording the voice command won't fix it. The only way I've found is to completley delete the contact and then add it again voice commands and all, hope this helps.

had that problem too with my t39 sometimes. always works with my girlfriend, but not with all other people. i usually just retry it and on the 2nd or 3rd try it always goes through, good luck!

I guess you can't really call your self a PornStud until you've spanked a mobile phone. |

I had a problem with my t65 that it added the same voice tag to every entry that i recorded a tag for, I had a software update and it cured the problem.
Why can't I be happy with one phone? |

I told my girlfriend about the problem and she immediately ascribed it to some sort of divine sign which proves that we are meant to be together, and that I should be calling her more often or I will be going against God's will. Thank you all for your support (group hug). I shall now be able to counter her claim and happily avoid her as usual without fear of divine ramification.
Ps. you guys should really try spanking your goods....worked on my washing machine once when it broke down. Didn't work on myself though.... |
