Any programs like handysafe written in java or something like that out there? I could need an app like that, and I find the handysafe program way too expensive!

I like so much so I have already bought it.
As many more I miss the code memory from other SE phones but this works even better.
It´s just perfect.

I'd like to add that Handy Safe have for some reason deleted it's own database two or three times for me already. Or something have can't be sure it's Handy Safe all by itself. So don't rely on it as sole storage of important information (if possible use the PC app to backup/sync. It might be more stable)

Hi there...

I think that this "Answering Machine" software (http://www.infosync.no/news/2002/n/2775.html) would be even cooler...

I hate it when my mobile rings, and its Vodafone voicemail... which I have to pay to listen to! This way I don't have to pay to listen to my messages...

Lets hope

a) they bring this out on the P800,
b) they fix the mute thing!!

Yeah I have a registered version of HandySafe, and I've lost all my data twice...so there is some problem with that program. I know that one of the times I was looking in the "Storage Manager" on P800, and then I pressed "handySafe" and then it just changed the password, so I couldn't get into the program again, and had to erase the application. The other time it just lost ALL data.

Well maybe it would be a good idea to download this desktop version also, for backing up the data (haven't tried it yet) http://se-p800-software.epocware.com/Handy_Safe/articles/Download_area_for_Handy_Safe.html

Shit. My registred Handy Safe have also lost its database two times. I use the Desktop also but there is no way to do a import/export of your records there. Only way seems to be to do a backup with SE Suite and thet takes a LONG time every time... They have to fix this...

Also. You can backup your entries you have in Handy Safe Desktop by copy the safe.dat & safe.ind according to Epocware´s support I´v got.
