K800i - search light activation |

hi, I' ve K800i from vodafone. Is there any way to activate the flash light with out activating the camera and use the light as search light. I upgraded to K800i from K608i which had this feature of search light |

Yes, there is a small midlet (named torch.jar or something like this) which activates the light (LED on the phone's rear side). |

That is the red LED light that is activated. The white Xenon flash cannot be activated this way, and it cannot deliver continous light anyway, since it's a flash.
An alternative to the red LED light is to have an image stored in the phone which contains only white. Displaying that image in fullscreen mode will cause the backlighting of the screen to deliver a fair amount ow white light. |

But i wasn't able to find how to activate that white bulb/flash. Is there any software out there to keep the white bulb on in K800i?? |

Like this hasn't been answered. The post above yours explained that the XENON flash (white bulb/flash) cannot be switched on continuely because it's flash. There's no program to switch the XENON flash on continuously. You can only use the red one. |
