Hi people
Serious problem, signed to 02 last November, previously with Vodafone. Have K850i with the usual international bars lifted etc, call waiting enabled...but cant join two calls. Have called 02 customer services a number of times only to be told to either text 2244 Group Chat or 2255 Group Conferencing - but these services are completly different from what i was used to. Then was told by one of the "Conferencing SPecialists" that 02 dont support 3 way calling anymore....WTF??!!!!
Tried my sim in a different phone in case it was hardware fault...still no joy.
This is a serious setback if 02 dont support joining calls in the phone anymore.....
Anyone any ideas / experiences? |
