Ok, I have a K850 and once, I've seen an album art in the media player. Only once. And I don't know what the hell I did to see it there.

But this is the problem:

Ok, so I put over whichever album I want from my computer on my phone, with album art in the ID3 tag (I have album arts for all my albums and no one works!).

Id3 tag is 2.4 and converted with Itunes. But still no album art in the phone!

What am I supposed to do?!

Hey man.

Did you put the album art into your songs on itunes manually, or did you use the itunes feature where it finds the album art for you?

Are you saying I should do it manually all the time?

Yeah do it manually. I thought maybe the problem could be that you used the itunes downloaded album art, because when I was putting my songs from itunes onto my Sony Walkman, the only album art which showed up was the ones I did manually, because the itunes downloaded ones don't appear to be connected to the files... They are kept within the itunes program itself as far as I know.

But seeing you said you do a lot manually, I think this can't be the problem so I can't help you there sorry!

No problem, I hope it works!

Sorry if it doesn't, I hate to think you'd go to the effort of doing it manually for nothing!
