Am I doing something wrong? Has the previous flash gone wrong? Note that the "Mobile Master" application reads it as Z610 and not Z610i. Has my phone been flashed with wrong firmware? Try on XP or Vista, Phone turned off hold c holding c connect the cable to phone. To install the driver check http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjW6mUK79Eg there is video manual included.
