Thanks to everyone who came down especially saturday I know eveyone had a lot of fun. Hopefully there will be more later in the year and a proper chance to play with the X1 (none of us in store got to try it either if it's any consolation) |

It'd be good to meet you on Saturday then, I'm sure we have a few mutual friends. Whereabouts do you live?
Sorry mate, office move at the weekend kinda side tracked me so i didnt have a chance to pop down!
I currently live in Hounslow but originally from Tooting in South London... |

Have been in London for a few days, so paid my first visit to the store today. Wasn't around for the demo day unfortunately. Spoke to a nice young lady in store who confirmed that even they weren't allowed to play with the X1, as someone mentioned earlier in the topic. Wow, must all be very top secret.

If there was a Nokia shop next day to my house, i wouldn't touch it with a barge pole
Would never go into it unless i wanted to feel sick

Funny.
I agree they should open more around the country, not quite on the same scale as the London one, which looks quite large to me.

The number of CPW shops is turning into what Starbucks is. You can't cross a road without entering into a CPW! |
