I'm now living in France for a couple of months and need to buy a french sim card. Perhaps someone on here has one or knows the cheapest way I can get one? Even some advice with the cheapest place to buy one from would be welcome.

Unfortunately that's useless as all my French acquaintances aren't going to want to dial England when they want to speak to me. Great for people who only get incoming calls from England, but not for me. I need cheap calls/texts over here!

Try a
France Telecom Shop
Bouygues Telecom
They do P&G Sims and Sim Only contracts.
Last time i ever bought one was back in 2001 and even then they were only £15....
