sunderlalrwr Joined: Jan 23, 2008 Posts: 9 PM	Posted: 2008-02-05 14:05 Plz help me:, my sony w550i is having white screen after i unplugged it from pc via USB cable, i have tried :- 1) battery off for 2-3 hours, 2) SEUS update from sony erricsson site (2 or 3 times) after reading your forums, update completed successfully but phone is not working properly. my phone's music, calls outgoing, calls incoming is working & phone password that was active, still active after update. BUT main problem is white screen & mic (voice to others function) is not working. Pls help me, i m in difficulty. plz help me Sunder sunder_lalrwr@rediffmail.com

It was from CPW so it got sent away to their repair centre who could not fix it! They did then forward it on the SE though who managed the repair. I'mnot sure how long the warranty on a W550i last but I recommend e-mailing SE to ask if the phone is still covered.
