8600 Luna o2 gprs setting |

I'm trying to connect to web using my 8600 luna and I keep getting the error 'Packet Data Connection not Available'
I am using the O2 GPRS as the active access point, and the packet data access point is wap.o2.co.uk and my packet data connection is always online.
Help...I am also not able to receive or send mms |

call the operator, let the right settings be sent by them via sms. if its still not working, then give them a call.

ring o2 and tell them you have the settings, i had this problem an they did something there end and i was sorted the next day 
delete your settings and re-send them of the O2 site, just a couple of ideas

cheers guys i'll try deleting all the settings and resending them, failing that call to o2 |

Ok tried removing all settings and getting them sent from o2, still not working. Think a call to o2 is in order and see where that gets me.
