Is it true that you have seven days to return a product ordered over the internet with no penalty as long as it is in the condition it was bought? Also I was under the impression that firms could not charge a "restocking fee" under the same circumstances?
PCW Business charge a 15% restocking fee or £20 which ever is the higher and also charge you nearly £7 to pick up the item?
Surely not right?

From my understanding they must refund you in total. They may only charge for collection of the item if it stipulates that in the terms and conditions by the seller.
