can any body tell me why W610i right side action and menu key do not work?
i have purchased W610i today but i am facing this problem.

Maybe keypad problem. Try to do service test >*<<*<* where > = right <= left move them using keypad.

yes i have tried this code >*<<*<* but in service test these keys are woking very fine. |

then i dont think there if a fault with the keypad, so might be firmware or something.

FS and FW need to be same version and you need to do finalization if you flash.
