Looking for some help guys, thinking of buying a k850, have used one before but only for a few minutes and found the keys difficult to use. can any k850 owners let me know what they think after owning the phone for a longer time?

Welcome to Esato @Saggy!

I have owned the K850i since it was first released and I have no problems at all with the keys or the touch keys on the phone.

At first I thought i wouldnt get used to them, but didnt have any problems at all.

On average i send a over a thousand sms a month with out any probs. The keys for me a nice to press and have a propper click feel.

The touch buttons are some what strange at first, but you get to know where to press them and again they are fine and very responsive for me.

Hope thats helps.

Hi had my K850 early last November, found the 3 touch pads to be a bit of a pain, then last week they gave up all together and I couldn't even access my phone at all, I sent it back to be repaired, got it back with a letter saying it had been repaired succesfully then noticed in the box my old battery, either they replace the battery as standard or my battery lasted 2 months before developing a fault which in turn affected the touch pads, still it's working again.....

Love the new Sony Ericsson Style - the keys on the T650i are Just perfect - and the K850i is just Great - you will love the keys - I promise!

They are tactile, easy to use, and the spacing is perfect - looks awkward, but use it and you'll think why nobody ever thought to design like this before!
