error with picture message |

hi my girlfirend have k800i and i have the n82. the problem is when i send her pictures through bluetooth she receives the file but gets an error messages. i tried sending it as a picture message but she still cant open the message. Any ideas on how to solve this. thanks |

Are you sending the Pics to the N82 for the SE or the other way round? |

It may be that the picture you are trying to send isnt compatible with the K800i. Have you tried to update the firmware to the latest revision on the K800 using the SEUS?
Also on the K800i there is enough memory for the phone to accept the picture message?
What is the pic you are trying to send? |

Its in jpeg but i was thinking the issue might be with the different pixels. |

It can be how the phone looks at the pic. if the file size is too large or the shape of the pic isnt correct. |

@dan - H m m m . . . could be the FILE-size  TRY sending small ones . . . are you ONLY encountering problems with - images ? Say, how about - tones?

@dan - Better TRY sending it via - MMS matey. Or, try usin' other fones . . . could be a problem in - Bluetooth

dont think its the bt. cos its sends the pic, but the other gets an error message. maybe fw bug.... or wrong format as mentoend above
