that study is bull then... Itching is a phycological thing. It offers no benefit to your body whatsoever...

thing is though when me and the missus is in bed she will lay there and scratch my head i love it, i think every one loves a good ol scratch every now and again

Surely our fingers dont contain any chemicals to reduce the irritation caused by the itchy areas. What I agree with is that when you scratch you activate the sense of touch  that stimulates the brain to realese such chemicals. Hense they make the irritation submissive If I may say. Most of such actions are controlled in the brain more like ejaculation

Especially if someone was doing it for you. I ussually fall half asleep when my girlfriend does that.
