Hi all, i have a W880i here, for some reason the Calls Key, Browser Key, Activity Key, Back Arrow Key and back button (top right) doesnt work, every other key does work tho like the 'C' key and all numbers etc and the D-Pad, ive taken the front cover off, the insides look like new, the phone is practically mint and the moist indicator stickers are still white...

It has left me baffled, and i would like this as my back up phone. Could it be software? I highly doubt it but worth a try maybe?

Btw if it helps its a sim free phone.

Thanks everyone

Try taking the phone apart, then removing and re-siting the keypad pcb, see if that helps.

take it to a store and get it fixed. Its a 2 minute fix.
They will use the Rework Station and fit a new one.
