that's very odd.
u should install the stuff that came on the original cd first,
then install the newer version.
it will automatically uninstall the old one and then install the new one.
that's what i did, and it never asked for a serial. |

in the tdk systems directory should be a file named license.dat or sth like this!

astalavista.box.sk
type the name of your software in the search box and voila!
I would advise using a AV + Trojan scanner on any files u d/l!
