comp will run until 2359 GMT 29/02/2008 (leap year!)
then will open to public vote to get winner... voting open for a week only.
NO editing in photoshop or any other application.. exif data maybe required, so don't be using you digi cam and palming it off as a phone...
640*480 or 800*600 please, no larger... people still log on using WAP...
any qs? gimme a holla!
oh! and 1/uno/un entry by each person only, first entry is final, no changing your mind later on....
