Lately my K800 camera often doesn't work anymore.

What happens is that once the camera is on, after a while the screen flashes and becomes all purple or all black. Turning off/onn the camera sometimes helps... it looks like there's a problem in the electronics, maybe due to shocks on the phone (fell down on the floor 4/5 times since bought).

Do you think is it any worth to repair it?

Probably damage to the ribbon cable on the camera, which isn't as easy to replace as on the K750i, but it is possible. It might still be worth fixing, if not I'm sure someone would have it off you for spares!

Though if you haven't already tried it, try updating the phone's firmware before doing anything else just in case it's a firmware bug, though I suspect it's hardware.
