Ive decided I wish to cancel this on my SonyCard as I really don't need it and its racking up a £3.62 to £4.08 fee every month!
ive tried ringing several numbers and keep getting different departments to do this, I think ive found the correct one "New Claims" lol
anyway looking at the cancelling details it's telling me this:
You can cancel your cover within 30 days of receiving your policy. You will receive a full refund of any premium you have paid provided that you have not made a claim. If you have made a claim then we will be entitled to retain an amount of premium, which represents the amount of time that you have been covered by the Policy. If you do not cancel your cover within 30 days, your cover will continue for the remaining period but if you subsequently cancel your cover you will not be entitled to a refund of premiums. If you want to cancel your cover, please write to Head of Insurance, MBNA Europe Bank Limited, Chester Business Park, Chester CH4 9YR or telephone 0800 062 621
does this mean if I cancel I actually get all this cashback back onto my card or only some of it or not? I think I have it on my account since I took the card out it must be over 2 years now so if I cancelled it and got the cashback it would clear my £480 debt down abit lol so if any of you have any advice please let me know let me just say aswell
I haven't taken out any claims with this neither!

I'm not sure on this one but check over on moneysavingexpert.com I'm sure there is something over there!
I paid lots of money in payment protection only to find when I did get into difficulty repaying it was of no use to me whatsoever as it had been miss sold!
In fact I think I'll have a look into claiming mine back!

Thanks Nanu,
Be nice if us both could claim it all back but I reck theres gonnabe a few strings attached
meaning we prob wont get or only Quater of it back
I hate how Credit card companys add all this crappy insurance,
ive never had any flaws with my cards so I don't need it,
was abit mortified to learn I had to pay £15 on top of my credit this month suxx really so I must get this crap taken off my account
