yeah i seem to be having alot of problems with rapid share lately, must be a busy server.

download xs++
connect your phone, it will tell you how on xs++
go to fsx
tpa/preset/system/menu
delete the menu.ml file that is there
then highight all the icons and the menu.ml file in the folder and drag them onto xs++ onto the window where the old menu.ml was
now click on shutdown, disconnect your phone, take out the battery then put it back in
now when you turn on your phone your menu icons will be changed
