Yup I don't know why they'd launch it cos its features aren't much different to the D600, not unless these features on that sentence are fake of course who knows

btw theys have to give it something better considering the E900 is also the same thing nearly

With Samsung, they tend to be less of a replacement and more something to fill the gap in the budget market the pre-decessor left behind.

The D600 was replaced with the D900, then D900i, then U600, and now G600.

Why almost all Samsung's phones look so similar?

cos at the start they copied the traditional barnds, now they copy their own products. dont wait too much desing and original thinking of a brand without tradition and knowledge. toys stay toys...

it looks ok,
reminds me more of the D500 though,
wonder if they'll revamp that aswell

they outta give it a 3.2MP Camera and include all the features of the D600 then it will be quite a good handset

Looks an awful lot like this:

http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_p260-2045.php

Could be the same one rather than D600i? The picture that I can't get to work on Samsung Mobile's UK site shows the one thats in this thread as the P260, so no, not a D600i on the way.
