Anyone know what the battery life of the HBH-DS220 & HBH-DS980 is?

I have a HBH-DS970 but it is falling to bits for the fourth time & 6 hrs streaming is in my opinion a lie! Plus Orange are not interested in giving me a fourth repalcement!

But before I get my money back I would like to know which of the two gives best battery life?

What is the build quality of the HBH-DS980 & the HBH-DS220 like
I have owned the ... T68i T610, P800, P900, P910, P990, W950, P1, W960 But SE have now totally lost the plot.

I use the DS980 and find it's build quality very good. I recommend it to everyone who wants wireless earphones.

The sound quality is impressive with solid bass and treble. All the intricate sounds of a track can be heard well plus it gets loud too if you want that.

The battery life is good in my opinion, I think I got about 6 hours but I've not done a full end to end test. The sound pauses/skips a little every now again again because of firmware 38. With 37, it didn't do that at all.

It's quite a tough unit, well build and finished. The earphones fit well too.

Hope this helps.

I have owned many of the different bluetooth stereo headsets.
SE stands out in the sound quality.

But the one that has given me the longest battery life are the ones from Hi tech. The sound quality has not been great. Just acceptable, may be becoz i got a lowest end one.

i keep my bluetooth on all the time and its always connected to the headset and i talk around at least 2 hrs a day and listen to music like 1-2 hrs a day and amazingly it lasts for around 4-5 days. can you believe it
The last SE one that i had was DS 220 and i had to charge it every other day.

SO upset that i returned it
