Hi
Got the newest firmware yesterday and everything was working fine. Got up this morning and the touch buttons do not respond/work. This effectively renders the phone useless as you cant do anything with it!
Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?
Should I roll back the firmware (if this is possible?).
Is there a way to do a 'hard reset' other than through the menu (which I cant access)
Any info appreciated! |

There are other threads discussing this issue. Anyway, switch off the hone and take out the battery. Wait for a few ins and than reinsert and switch on. If not helping, then reflash.. If that is not helping than replace... BTW, With MYPhoneExplorer you can use the keypad plug-in to reach the hard reset, if you want.. |

Im not able to select PHONE MODE to get it to connect as the touch buttons dont work  |

Oh, right. Didn't thought it well sorry. You have few other opt tho. You tried? If it is not working like after then return it.. For fw reflash you do not need them.
