Canīt test it on my phone, I have an K800 so by the looks in the image it looks quite good.
It is one thing I donīt like. Red color on red color is not a good choice.
Use the light grey instead or another that is more visible.
There is many themes that looks very good on the first screen but looks awful in the other since they use color that is not clearly visible or/and an image that lacks some transparency. (hope you understand me, not that good in english)
So keep up the good work and donīt forget to make them as usable as possible. Themes wantīs to be used.

Updated but the pictures didnt update for some reason, took your advice on taking out the red and using the grey.. Thanks for the input.

Thanks and actually these were my second and third attempts @ theming these phones, really not hard, just have to have knowledge of photo editing/creation.
