need help downloading picture messages on W10i |

Hi, whenever anyone sends me a picture message Im asked if I want to download it, I say yes and after a bit it says
Internet profile error - please check your settings
Ive looked at settings but dont know how to go about changing them to allow picture messages - can anyone help?? thanks

it seems your mms internet profiles is not set correctly. send the mms configuration via sms thru your operator webpage. i think they should have this system.
