Why do o2 customer service insist that they dont implement a 10minute cut off when your downloading a file? Is any1 on o2 that can download Files longer than 10mins? Im using a n73 on payngo with the 7.50 bolt on |

Are you using a PC to download said 'files'? I too have 'web bolt on' from o2 and they dont allow browsing/downloading etc. using phone connected to PC on a paygo sim. Neither does the network allow video streaming to your mobile.

i think they would cut you off at 10 mins, though i never tried this!
you can browse internet on the phone, opera mini works fine (among other things) but yeah, no streaming & stuff, fair use policy blah blah blah
they won't let me use you tube (java app), but, i can download youtube video from another site that also converts them to 3gp.
i never tried d/ling for really big files but i have seen the "connection interrupted" message once or twice. don't think it was deliberate though. |
