Orange not releasing pac code |

Ive waited 5 days now, nothing in the post, spoke to orange and although they told me 3-5 working days ive been told i have to wait one more day for tomorrows post and then they will text me my pac code.
Anyone else had fun with this bunch of no hopers. Turning an unhappy customer into a very twisted bitter one!!!

This is a problem throughout the industry. You're not moving over to 3UK by any chance are you?
3UK have launched and complaint into the amount of time the networks are taking to release pac codes. In other countries it can be given in a couple of hours.

No i want to move to Vodafone, theyre just being obstructivem, apparently they are given strict intrsuction NOT to sms pac code until at least 5 FULL working days after my request, (i called them early last friday morning ffs).
They're just pissing me off even more now.

They're doing it to give themselves time to ring you up to try and get you to change your mind.
