I dont think so, but that's a different discussion. 
The next one should be atleast 7mp, adding only 1mp wont make a big difference.
They could use better lenses, but 99% of the people think more mp = better pic quality. So in order to make it an interesting product, they have to add more mp.

You can't be sure of that. And besides, I'd hate it if it had UIQ...
(although if they use UIQ as the base OS and keep the Java UI - fine by me)
