K850i or W960i or Wait For P5i |

Currently using K800i on T-Mobile (UK) and upgrade is due in Febuary.
Now i've done alot of reading and although the N95 8GB & N82 is nice, I really don't like Nokias UI.
I'd easily buy the W960i if it had a 5mp camera & high res. screen but such is life.
The K850i on the other hand has a lovely camera (I always take pictures and record videos) and updated UI but I wanted something with a touchscreen interface & faster processor. I HATE choppyness or slowdowns.
So do I combine both of the above and wait for the P5i? How long until it's released? Is it worth it? |

If you want to wait for the P5.. well.. just don't... that's my advice. It won't be out too soon.
And besides, the new firmware upade for the K850 should resolve most of the problems and make it faster... like every firmware update does... |

Hmmm so the P5i won't be out for a while... that's a shame.
Well i'm still reading reviews on the K850i & W960i... I really need to get hands on experience of both. Main reason i'd even go for the K850i is the 5mp camera. I just hope it isn't as dissapointing as the K800i...
Anyone out there who uses both? |

If you like Music the most then W960i but it is a bit slow but has an 3.2 mp cam with af, an light and 8 gig. if you like to take pics the it is k850 that has an 5 mp cam with xenon flash.

I think i'm settled on the K850i.. the W960i is frustrating me because I can't get my head around why on earth it'd use outdated software (UIQ) & I just wish it had a 16mil colour screen instead of 262k. It's make the choice more interesting that's for sure!
The K850i does have alot of good features though so it'll be that but i've recently read a review on the Nokia N95 8GB and that's quite interesting but I don't like the whole Symbian OS on it... it's too figity or maybe i'm wrong |

We need to get real about the P5 - it's not been announced or officially confirmed in any way whatsoever, and the only known prototype has been withdrawn, apparently for a complete redesign, and never returned to its tester here. There's no way of knowing whether it still exists in whatever roadmap SE are working to, or how many months or years it might be to either an announcement or a release. We can't even be sure it'll still be called the P5!

@presto - For ME, there's nothing much DIFFERENCE between he one you are currently - usin' (K800) with that of the - K850i (3.2 MP to 5 MP)
If I were you better wait for the K850's successor or the P5. Though brace yourself as the initial-release is quite expensive . . . as a substitute for the P1i - momenatrily . . . why not get the P1i as the $$$ is cheap at present . . .
Keep your options OPEN too pal . . . N82 is making GOOD reviews too !
Good Luck !

Well since the P5i is going to be a while (very long while at that), i'll completely remove that from my options!
As for alternatives, i've just read a long review on Mobile-Review (good reviews by the way) on the N95 8GB. It looks REALLY GOOD!
But how does it compare to user-friendlyness in comparison to the SE UI? Is it easy to do small tasks such as make a call... send a text... watch videos... listen to music (that's a VERY important one. is it as conveniant as a SE media player?)... |

Well I've tried out lots of different Nokias and if you ask me, their UI don't come close to the straightforwardness and looks of SE's UI.
And besides, the Nokia Media Player is and looks like crap when compared to SE's.
