So basically i turned my phone off and when i turned it back on i couldn't send a txt and when i try to open my inbox, outbox, sent messages and drafts it says "operation failed"

Is there any way in which i can fix this without having to send it back?

try a master reset on the phone, however you will loose all your current data on the phone.

What version of software do you have on the phone as this is the first i have heard of this error with text messages

Thanks for the quick reply.
I only got the phone recently and it says it's got the most recent software on it.

What sort of data will i lose with a master reset?

Ignore that as its useless at present, but go into the same menu and click on software version this will tell you what you have.

Regarding Master reset, Every bit of your own data (Phone numbers, sms) any thing thats not stored onto your memory card.

What network are you on as well, and is the phone network locked?

Basically everything else on the phone works, even making calls, its just those things that are the only problems.

Ive resetted it and they work now. No idea what went wrong with it, seems a proper strange thing to happen. Heard this phone has had alot of problems though.

Cheers for helping anyways mate.

No problems at all.

Glad it worked,

I would however try to see if there is an update for you phone using the cable and connecting to SEUS. This is where all the firmwares are currenlty on for the phone.
