Putting flash themes on my W610i |

I am completely new to sony ericsson phones, but i have a fair understanding of them.
Can someone please post a tutorial on how to get a flash theme on my w610i?
also i have a few questions
Will it void my warrenty? (Just incase i mess it up)
Is there a chance (Like the sony psp) that it could all go wrong and mess up even if you do it right?
(On the psp when downgrading the firmware or flashing it there is a small chance you will brick it even if you do it all right?
