Hey. I have the K800i and each time I turn my phone on I have to enter the phone lock code. Does anyone know what I can do so I don't have to enter it everytime I turn it on?

Thanks.

the K800 had this bug in its original firmware (and possibly the second firmware too) so assuming you still have an early firmware then your choice is to upgrade your firmware or set the lock protection to off (instead of automatic)

I turned it off and it still asks me to enter the phone lock code each time I turn my phone on. What's wrong? Also where can I download the latest firmware?

Ok. Thanks. I'm still having this problem EVERYTIME I turn my phone on. I changed the lock to off instead of automatic aswell. It says 'Warning! All content on Memory Stick will be lost. Format anyway?' And you can either hit yes or no. I hit yes everytime then I have to enter my phone lock code. I know the code, but I'm of having to do both of these things everytime I turn my phone on.

How can I fix this?

Menu > Settings > General > Security > Locks > Phone protection > Protection > Off or Automatic when change SIM with other SIM.

Format your M2 when is connected with PC , clik Format... only FAT ( not FAT32 ).

I did what you said about the phone lock code and it still comes up asking for it everytime I turn my phone on. And I don't fully understand what you mean about the formatting part.

Edit: Don't worry about this anymore guys. I fixed it. Thanks for all your help.
