Hi, I've just bought a W910i, While it can access the internet (both on my phone and through my laptop) It will not make or receive any calls, I know the sim card is ok as i can put it in my N95 and it works fine, Does any body have any thoughts about it? I've made sure the software is all up to date.

Any help would be most appreciated.
Thanks

Where did you buy it from? Could it be blocked?

I'm guessing you're on T-Mobile?

It does sound like the phone's blocked. T-Mobile and Vodafone will often still allow blocked phones to send texts or get on the 'net but not make calls, whilst O2 and Orange block everything on a phone.

I'd take the phone back for a full refund. It might be worth running a check on CheckMEND who will tell you for certain whether the phone is blocked or not. Then, if the shop try any crap you have the proof.
