Hi i have a w910i with voadfone thats branded and sometimes when i turn on the bluetooth the icon appears but the text still says "Turn bluetooth on" instead of "Turn bluetooth off"... and my phone doesnt show up and if i try to send anything it instantly says "Sending canceled". Normaly If i just turn my phone on and off it fixes its self

However now it doesnt I've master reset it and everything. Does anyone know if this could be a firmware bug (I've already had to send it back twice due to "Opperation failed" when accessing the application menu) or would it most likely be a hardware fault.

Ok then try to exchange your phone if you have warranty
Or else flash your phone to latest firmware.

Ok then what to do? Try to flash your phone to latest firmware.
This is the only thing we can do.

Just de-brand the phone.

It is probably the VF software that is causing the problem

It is out of warranty so you have nothing to lose
