Yeah. the 92xx and the p800 are in the same league... the 92xx has a laptop like interface while the p800 has a PDA interface. People would just have to choose that works best for them.

Actually, if Office apps were already ported to P800 now, with landscape viewing and editing, I will leave my 9210 behind ASAP. Cause when you've got nothing to place it on, you operate it with 2 hands and use 2 thumbs to operate it.

The Treo 270 if it were not that expensive is a nice alternative for one-hand operators.

9210!!!! yuck!!!
I used to own one its pathetic sending msg was slow, typing on the keyboard was difficult, i'm better off with graffiti entry. Reading excel was a bit difficult due to the screen size... etc. As of now, i'll wait for the price of P800 to drop a bit.

I have no regrets either! I'm very very happy with my P800. I wouldn't recommend it for everyone though. For people who just text and call..forget it. Texting with one hand is a pain...even with the keypad. (Although I removed my keypad, I can still text with one hand using the virtual keypad)

Hey, don't forget... the P800 is running a 200mHz CPU... just like the LATEST Sony Clie's. And the screen is 320x208... that means it has a bigger screen w/ better resolution than ALL older Palms (160x160...Sony Clie's don't count of course I'm sure they did this on purpose) prior to the Tungsten T.

And the P800 comes with 28MB out of the box! Most PDAs only come with 16MB, good ones come with 32MB, the high end ones come with 64MB.

Communicam...just like the MCA-20 or Nokia 7650 cam is really just meant for MMS. It's fun, and cute....nothing more. You're better off with a Sony DCU-10 or DCU-20..or the Casio Exilim (my personal recommendation)

Voice recognition of SE is excellent as always.... Ericsson pioneered USEFUL voice dialling. Ever since my T28s days, I've never had any problems with Ericsson's voice dialling... works like a charm almost 100% of the time!

when u are talking, try to slide the jog dial up or down, a window will appear and click the SPEAKER PHONE ON. Try calling 211 and experiment.

one thing i cant find is recording a phone conversation... [addsig]
