I phoned every sony ericsson dealer in the uk about a replacement joystick, and there was only one place that did them and they want £20 for it! Its a 2p piece of plastic ferchrissakes! I managed to acquire a dummy phone and have bodged my stick back together. As its semi broke, it gives me an excuse to buy a P800! Any idea how much there gonna be over here in sunny england?

I am very pleased. I think it is the very best! Had N7650 this summer and must say that even though P800 has same OS it is a different experience. Lets hope you get it before or at christmas eve then! Fun to have something to play with when everything else is closed. |

@zand, yeah i really hope so! =) it all depends on the postal service, with it being christmas and all.... So, would you say that p800 screen is as clear and bright as the one on 7650?

@superluminova, 15th of january apparently. Bloody tight arse strict uk networks do more tests than any other country. I bet they press more buttons than mohammed ali at a cashpoint

Sorry for late reply... Did you get the phone? I was very supprised over the screen on 7650 when I bought it. I can't say I was disapointed when I got the P800. Don't know if they run same OS (some say 7650: 6 and P800: 7). But anyway, the touchscreen makes it different. It is much better when you can choose without browsing through everything and the use doesn't depend on the joystick.

It is out now. You can buy it in most shops if they aren't sold out!
I have the impression that NetCom dealers has gotten more phones (maybe I'm wrong). |
