Not too good on the tech side of phones but have just got a w910 and love it. Have seen some great flash menus/themes around which are a bit more exciting than the usual grid. I have found loads for other phones but can't find any for the w910 - for example the eclipse and soundscape themes that seem to be standard are not on my phone... also I have nasty vodafone icons in non flash menus. You just have to debrand your phone via WOTAN or DaVinci (or similar). You have to pay a (not so) small fee though. But you're going to love the flash menus.
