just to move all the data i want from my java phone to symbian??
and plz dont tell me outlook, cuz it does not , and it sux |

well simply transferring the files frm your MEM card to the phone would do it and for the contacts and stuff you can jst sync them..
there is my fone explorer...but sry i dont know abt

As the W960i doesnt have a memory card slot, that is really an option.
You can send the contacts via bluetooth from one phone to the next. Java apps can not be sent from one phone to the next, they require reinstalling from the original .jar file. You can also use PCsuite to download all the music etc from the phone to your computer and then on to the new phone.

For that, you'll probably need to go into the FS memory of the phone (guys, correct me if i'm wrong...) using FAR, but i'm not sure you can then copy them over to the W960, not sure the UIQ3 phones are supported in FAR or other such utilities.
If you only have a few messages (i somehow fear it's not your case), you could also copy them to your SIM card (using the Save message function on the K850), and then retrieve them from the SIM on the W960. But the problem is some SIMs can only handle a few SMSes, so you'd have to repeat this operation a few times... |
