i got this K550i and a a t-mobile service.. sometimes when the signals are high, instead of T-Mobile labeled on the top of the screen; it has Emergency calls only. But when the signal is low, the t-mobile is back on the top..... I don't no why it is like that... Is it the sim card? the service? the phone?.............. |

If I understand right, whenever you have full signal bars the phone says 'emergency calls only' but only a couple of bars on T-Mobile?
If that's the case, it'll be a service issue. You're probably in an area where T-Mobile's signal is fairly weak, and when your phone loses the T-Mobile signal it'll pick up another network. It sounds you must live near to a mast on another network, and it picks that signal up when you lose your T-Mobile signal, but you can only make emergency (i.e. 999, 911, 112) calls on it.
