Hi all I was wondering if this is right?! I bought a nokia 8800 from this guy you can see it here;
http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=160797

Mark said in the thread It comes with ALL accessories, So I browsed around on flebay as you do to price match and It seems there's not that much of a price difference, So after 30 mins and a day later I decided to purchase this handset however it was delayed a further 3 days after christmas, So I thought it was excuseable with his given reasons. But today I received the phone with accessories missing, the same accessories that I thought was ''all included''! I thought 8800 comes with 2 batteries instead of 1, Aluminium Cradle, Instruction manual, Suede case?, Wired handsfree kit.

Now some people might say at least you got your phone drlau, but wouldn't you want to do something about it like a partial discount?!?! Reluctant to purchase off ebay as I had the choice between here and there, and that this took a long time to get to my doorstep so I don't really fancy a full reimbursement, should you think this item ought to be discounted to it's real value?

Your views Please,

Derek

Derek

Have you spoken to the seller about this before posting this dispute? I thought it would be fairer if you give the seller a chance to respond before raising the issue in the open. Just my 2 pence worth.

Hi all,

In all honesty, fatevdestiny was a great seller throughout the sale. I was lucky this time, I've recently lost out £50 from a sale in a different forum. So I wasn't going to take any chances, I recommend this thread to be closed after Mark sends the £40 this thursday.

I have contacted him and finally come to an agreement, that £40 was to be refunded.

Apologies to kick up a fuss but I didnt know much about mark on this forum,

Thank you for all your replies, wish you all a very safe and pleasant new year,

Derek.

A top seller! Highly recommended! £40 was received this morning in what seems to be monopoly money, then confirmed it was not by my dad .

A highly recommended, consider this thread locked
