I have sent an email to SonyEricsson regarding upgrading the firmware on my P800 but no reply yet.

Just wondering if anybody from the UK knows where I could have the firmware upgraded? Thanks.

All service points should access to some kind of global server with the firmware on them. Just wanted to know if anybody else has tried to upgrade a pre-commercial metrowerks unit over here in the UK yet?

The Metrowerks Bundle is the 'Codewarrior Development Suite, P800' package sold through 'Ericsson Mobility World' at the moment for $1150. The P800 units supplied are Pre-Commercial.

@Rayed14: That's great news mate. I live in Birmingham, do you think I could take my P800 to a CPW here, or do I need to go to London? and, Could you list any changes to the P800 now? specifically software version and installation issues. Thank you.
