when i m listening music with my w810i, i cant answer the incoming calls with the hands free button.
with my old k750i i can,with the same hands free (hpm-70)
this a fimrware bug? R4EA031

i got the same problem with mine handsfree
then i buy a new handsfree and it solved my problem
so problem is in your handsfree  |

you can try to check one thing: in the w810 check if the answering more is set to any key.
