P1 still rules-- alot!

-better quality camera
-better sound quality and music player
-better touchscreen
-better performance
-better multitasking(can this copycat run 50 apps at once? )
-better battery
-better messaging apps
-support both symbian UIQ and java apps
-better design (of course it's the original )
-better brand name: sonyericsson
-3G, WiFi, USB
-better native accessories available

this copycat only rule over P1 in terms of:
-TV

They do work. E.g. A Hong Kong SIM card and a Mainland China one. You won't have to change cards if both SIMs are in the mobile when you cross over to China from Hong Kong.
