In May 2001, Symbian chose Opera as the default browser for Symbian OS v7.0. |

There are different versions of the Opera-browser, the one pre-installed on the P800 does not handle everything e.g. frames..
The new version of the Opera-browser for smartphones, PDAs etc has what opera calls the "small screen rendering"-feature which should be able to show any normal web-page.. Don't know it that one is possible to download for P800 though, would really be interesting...
more information can be found at:

New Opera 7 has been planned to release for UIQ too. Do you have it ? Or some older version ? If you have Opera 7 (beta?) does it support javascript ?

P800 doesn't have Opera browser pre-installed. Opera may be the default Symbian browser, but SE is using it's own browser in P800. If you want Opera for P800, you'll have to buy it when it comes out.
