How to ban junk text messages on a k800? |

I have never given my mobile number out to any websites, although i have downloaded themes for my k800i straight off the net from random free sites, using the phones net option. I have started to recieve junk text messages (click here for free xxx style messages that do not leave either an address to click on or original texters name, lol!).. I am wondering if its possible to ban these standard text messages from getting to my phone or if there is any k800 software progs thatll do it? Thanks for any help:-( |

Hi, I don't know if it's possible in mobile's other brands, but in Sony Ericsson phones it's not possible |

thats what i thought... you wouldve thought for the latest net accessing phones they wouldve incorporated junk filters for both email and text messaging! Still dont understand how any rubbish free theme websites can get my mobile phone number and start sending junk text messages and not junk email.. Thanks for the reply though  guess the only way around it would be in getting another sim card/phone number! B-) |
