i no this aint the abox thread mass

i just got my 360 again set it up as i did before using ICS and it connects to xbox live, i can chat to my friends, but when i download something thats were i get stuck, i trying to downlaod the extra cars for Forza 2 i have bet meter running on my pc, the download starts at about 200k then after 15 seconds roughly its down to 2k down and 1.9 up i need help please somebody i wanna play online
